Why do I need this?
In some instances the police working with VOSA make random stops on all recovery vehicles to make sure the waste they are carring is done so legally and that the vehicle is not stolen or sold under false pretences. The VSF is needed to safeguard our driver in providing proof that the vehicles are collected legally.
