1. I have lost the key is that a problem?
Our drivers are well trained and equipped to deal with this problem, we just need permission to access the vehicle.
2. When do I notify the DVLA?
When we pick up the vehicle and you post off section 9 of the V5 this will notify the DVLA that you are no longer the registered keeper of the vehicle and you will receive a letter in 4/6 weeks from the DVLA stating this.
3. Can I claim back unused tax?
Yes as soon as the DVLA receive section 9 they will refund your tax.
4. I have lost my V5 document can I still dispose of my vehicle?
If you do not have the V5 than just ask for two copies of our vehicle surrender form post one off the to DVLA Swansea SA99 1BD.
